About your teacher

Shanta Kaur has 35 years' experience of Indian cooking and has been teaching Indian cookery for over 5 years after founding her own local cookery schools. Her classes have grown through word-of-mouth to critical acclaim, with a 12-week waiting list for face-to-face classes.

Shanta is also a qualified nutritionist who has written 4 cookbooks. Through the use of her cookbooks, meal plans and workshops have regained and maintained control of their health.
