She is a qualified and Registered Associate Nutritionist, and has undergone specific training in behaviour change and motivational interviewing. Michaela can help you in tailoring your approach to meet your individual goals and preferences, whilst building small and sustainable positive changes to your lifestyle.
Lizzie is passionate about supporting people to make healthy lifestyle changes. Lizzie is a Health Coach and Associate Nutritionist with the Association for Nutrition (AfN). She did her Masters in Nutrition and Behaviour, and is enthusiastic about all things behaviour change. Whatever your situation, Lizzie can help you to plan sustainable goals and stay motivated.
Libby is passionate about empowering people to access a healthier and happier version of themselves. Through coaching, she will provide you with the knowledge and tools to make small, achievable changes to your daily habits, helping you reach your personal goals one step at a time. Libby is a Registered Associate Nutritionist with experience across a range of areas including women’s health, diabetes, and family obesity. She further holds a specific interest in gut health, frequently delving into the emerging evidence about how we can best support our gut microbes for health and longevity.
